A lasting home for the studio you built.

Bridgetawn is focused on acquiring established, independent dance studios across the Tri-State Area from owners considering a new chapter.

We bring fresh energy and steady leadership while building on what makes each studio special: its teachers, students, families, and traditions.

Who we are

A little about where it started.

Growing up, our local dance studios felt like a home away from home. We took classes in everything from jazz and ballet to tap, hip-hop, and lyrical.

To us, a dance studio is more than the classes on the schedule. It's where students build confidence, make friendships, and learn from teachers who help them grow. We want to build on those experiences and support the people who make each studio special.

Our approach

What studio owners can count on.

BRIDGETAWN
Long-term ownership
We intend to be long-term owners and support each studio's continued growth. You can stay on as a teacher, artistic director, or advisor, or step away. We'll find the right path together.
People first
Teachers are what make a studio run, and students are at the heart of everything. We keep the team in place and handle the business side. Teachers focus on teaching, and students keep the classes and community they love.
We know the dance calendar
Recitals, costume orders, competition weekends, and registration seasons shape a studio's year. We plan around these milestones to make the transition as smooth as possible for teachers, students, and families.
Direct communication
You'll work directly with the decision-maker throughout the process.
The studios we look for

Independent studios where kids grow up dancing.

We're interested in established dance studios across the Tri-State Area, particularly those with:

  • Recreational and competitive dance programs.
  • Families who return year after year.
  • Experienced, dedicated teachers.
  • Owners thinking about a transition, now or in the future.
